Black cube earrings
I recently bought some Black Miyuki 3mm Cube beads. They are a great size and I love them. I made a Rhombus shape with some and used them for earrings. Great for Brick stitch and even better for Peyote.

Beaded knots.
Originally one of these was going to be a bracelet, unfortunately, I miss measured the number of beads needed. It turned out too small, so rather than undo all the hard work, I decided to make it into an earring and then made an exact copy to complete the pair. I'm very pleased how they turned out. The knot was added because they were too long as just a loop and they dangled on my shoulders. I actually prefer the knot now..

Russian Spiral bracelet
My first finished Russian Spiral bracelet, with 7mm bugle beads and 8/o seed beads. I adore the finished helix look to it.

More Kumihimo
A few more photos of the latest bracelet I have made using my Kumihimo. It's such a great technique and the results are amazing. This last one could be for a Bride.

Kumihimo bracelet
Another new skill I want to acquire is Kumihimo. A Japanese art form and way of plating cord with or without beads.

Crochet hook handles
I love crochet but find the handles a bit thin for my hands. So I decided to make Polymer Clay handles using scrap clay.
Brands of clay
My Brand of choice is Fimo Soft, this is mainly because its the one most shops near to me sell. No point liking the hardest to get hold of.... I love their range of colours. it is a bit sticky so I try not to work it to much.
I haven't tried any other brands, so cannot comment on their usability.
I love the Mokume Gane work. This is so clever and is a Japanese metal work effect that has proved successful with PC. I love how you have little or no control over the finished results to a certain extent.
Polymer clay beads
I have discovered the AMAZING world of Polymer Clay. Its so cool to work with and the things that can be made are off the scale...
It has sooo many colours and more can be made by blending 2 or more together. I use it for jewellery mainly, but have fun playing around with it.
You have to bake PC in the oven to harden it and its virtually indestructible after.
I made the Blue/Yellow beads for this bracelet.
Star earrings and a shiny button for the centre.
I loved this Wood effect for this Brooch and earrings.
A colourful necklace with a leather thong for a chain.
I made these book stack earrings after making one as a keyring for my niece.
